Saturday 24 June the exhibitions “Art of Observing” and “Xavi’s Journey through Japanese Culture” will open in Gallery Details. These exhibitions feature the artwork of Janet Lee and her son Xavi Belaj. Both inspire each other to be creative and to express their creativity in their own way.
Janet Lee
Janet Lee is a talented artist of Surinamese descent. Her paintings are characterized by femininity, emotion and powerful colours. They offer a unique view of the world and invite introspection and reflection.
Xavi Belaj
Xavi Belaj is only 15 years old. At a young age he discovered his passion for modelling. He spent many hours creating various figures and characters from clay, often inspired by Japanese culture and history.
The exhibitions will be opened on June 24, while enjoying a drink and music. Then the 1-year anniversary of Details will also be celebrated. The event is free and open to everyone.
